Team Member Qualifications

There are numerous revenue opportunities open to you as a team member. The first is to purchase products for yourself using our convenient auto-ship program and receive qualifying benefits for compensation every month on those people you bring into the business. When you purchase Novum’s flagship products each month, you qualify for revenue from other sources.


A minimum monthly purchase of only $49.95 that qualifies you to receive bonuses, matches, and overrides on each and every person you introduce to the Novum opportunity. You can also conveniently start your business by purchasing one of the two qualifying packages in section 2 following.

Under the Novum Compensation Plan, Team Members earn commissions for their achievements in any of the following areas:


1. Retail Sales

Team members can purchase Novum products at wholesale cost, sell them at the suggested retail price, and receive immediate retail profit.


2. First Order Bonus*

Producer Package $99.95 : This gives you 75 of Bonus Volume (BV) and a 30-day supply of the Supresalin 60 appetite suppressant and Accelerum metabolic enhancer. Here you earn a Direct Commission of $20.00. At this level, there are no matches.


Premier Package $199.95 : This gives you 150 of Bonus Volume (BV) and a 60-day supply of both the Supresalin 60 appetite suppressant and Accelerum metabolic enhancer. There is a Direct Commission of 20% or $40.00. You also earn a 20% match on your 1st Generation of Sponsorship and 20% on your 2nd Generation of Sponsorship for 60 days.


Founder’s Package $899 : Founding Members of Novum will be limited to an elite group of 500 who will receive special privileges from the Company. As a member of this group you will promptly be elevated to the rank of PLATINUM. This will entitle you to earn a matching bonus of 20% on your 1st Generation of Sponsorship, 20% for the 2nd Generation of Sponsorship, and 10% on your 3rd Generation of Sponsorship for the first 90 days, after which one must be qualified. In addition, you receive OVER six months of product for your personal use, for reourtail sales, and for sampling to potential customers and prospects for your business. Plus there are no autoship payments for your first full six months.

Additional benefits include a Special Founders Pin to indicate your Founders Status, a Special Edition Body Transformation Manual by Drew Avery, premier seating and acknowledgement at all company events, plus private and informative meetings and dinners with the owners. You will also be positioned to reap the full potential of serving as a Company trainer. As the Company grows, this array of exclusive privileges will be expanded.

This gives you 500 Bonus Volume (BV) and a 180-day supply of both the Supresalin 60 appetite suppressant and Accelerum metabolic enhancer. There is a Direct Commission of $200. You also earn a 20% match on your 1st Generation of Sponsorship, 20% on your 2nd Generation of Sponsorship, and 10% on your 3rd Generation of Sponsorship for 90 days, after which you must be qualiied.


3. Rankings

Silver : ISR who personally sponsored 2 ISRs (qualified with monthly purchase requirement, either autoship or backoffice purchase or retail sales of 40 BV) with at least 1 ISR on each leg; Match = 20% on 1st Generation of Sponsorship.


Gold : ISR who personally sponsored 6 ISRs (qualified with monthly purchase requirement, either autoship or backoffice purchase or retail sales of 40 BV) with at least 3 ISRs on each leg; Match = 20% on your 1st Generation of Sponsorship and 20% on your 2nd Generation of Sponsorship.


Platinum : ISR who personally sponsored 10 ISRs (qualified with monthly purchase requirement, either autoship or backoffice purchase or retail sales of 40 BV) with at least 5 ISRs on each leg; Match = 20% on your 1st Generation of Sponsorship, 20% on 2nd Generation of Sponsorship, and 10% on your 3rd Generation of Sponsorship.

Diamond : ISR who personally sponsored 14 ISRs with at least 7 ISRs (qualified with monthly purchase requirement of either autoship or backoffice purchase or retail sales of 80 BV) on each leg; Match = 40% on your 1st Generation of Sponsorship, 40% on your 2nd Generation of Sponsorship, and 20% on your 3rd Generation of Sponsorship.


Double-Diamond : ISR who personally sponsored 22 ISRs (qualified with monthly purchase requirement, either autoship or backoffice purchase or retail sales of 80 BV) with at least 11 ISR’s on each leg; Match 80% on you 1st Generation of Sponsorship, 80% on your 2nd Generation of Sponsorship, and 40% on your 3rd Generation of Sponsorship.



** Matching bonuses are only paid on binary cycle commissions. No match is paid on downline matching bonuses.



Creating Your Business Center

Your sponsor places you in an open position in his or her sales organization. This open position is called a Business Center. Each business center has left and a right side in which sales volume accumulates.


Activate your Business Center to earn commissions

  • Complete the online Independent Sales Representative (ISR) Application and Agreement Form.

  • Purchase the Starter Kit for $49.95. The starter kit includes your personal replicated website with a retail store and shopping cart. You also receive your back office with all the management tools to run your business. There is a $39.95 annual renewal fee.

  • Generate at least 75 points in Personal Volume (“PSV”). You can personally generate PSV in several ways: (a) purchase Novm products or services for your own personal use or for resale to your customers, (b) personally sponsor “No Inventory Retail Customers”** to enroll in Novum's Autoship Program, or (c) introduce No Inventory Retail Customers to your Novum website where they purchase any of Novum's products. All products and services have a Commission Volume (CV) associated with them. The CV associated with your purchases and sales of these products is accumulated to comprise your PSV. Understand that it is not necessary for a ISR to personally purchase products from Novum to qualify for commissions. You can meet your qualification criteria strictly through NIRC sales if you wish. In fact, NIRC sales are particularly helpful since once you reach your PSV qualification quota, all excess sales to your personal No Inventory Retail Customers count towards your GSV.

** Note: A “No Inventory Retail Customer” (“NIRC”) is: (a) a Preferred Customer; (b) a Non-ISR who purchases Novum products or services via Novum’s autoship program; or (c) a Non-ISR who purchases Novum products or services from a ISR’s replicated Novum website.

  • Sponsor one person on your right side who personally generates at least 75 PSV, and one person on your left side who personally generates 75 PSV, and you are qualified to earn commissions. This can be done at any time.

  • To maintain qualification, personally generate 40 PV of Novum's products or services every month. If you don’t maintain 40 PSV per month, you will not be eligible for commissions that month and your accumulated GSV will flush (reset to zero in both legs).

How Your Business Centers Provide Income to You

As you sponsor ISRs, you place them in open positions in your downline, remembering to first place one on your left side and one on your right side. (Figure 2). After placing one on each side, you may sponsor ISRs on either side of your downline. You and everyone in your upline are able to help build your organization because new ISRs are always added downline. This structure fosters a team effort with everyone working together to add new ISRs. Everyone in your group benefits each time sales are generated in your organization . The team will work together to reap faster growth and faster rewards for everyone in the downline organization (figure 3). As you introduce the products and services to more people, you will want to add more people and more Group Sales Volume to your organization. You can place new ISRs in any open spot under the person on your left side or the person on your right side, helping whichever person you wish. You will be helping to build your other ISRs’ downlines as well as helping yourself. Your success is built on product sales, which are achieved by sponsoring people in your organization, sharing the products with your customers, and teaching the ISRs in your downline to do the same thing.

Commissions earned vary by the efforts and skill of each individual ISR. They are paid based on accrued Group Sales Volume. The Group Sales Volume (GSV) is the accumulation of the Commission Value (CV) on all products and services purchased and sold in your downline group that fall within a 1/3 weak-side, 2/3 strong –side ratio once at least 300 GSV is accrued on the weak side and 600 GSV is on the strong-side. (Figure 4). All unused volume after the commissions are calculated carries forward to the next pay period as long as the monthly qualifier has been met (Figure 5).

Each time 300 in GSV is accumulated in the weaker leg and 600 GSV is accumulated in the stronger leg, a cycle is completed and a $30 commission is paid to you. Maximum allowable cycles is 800 per week,(although the compensation plan is programmed to permit up to 800 cycles per week, it is not realistic to expect to cycle this many times). The remaining volume after the commissions have been processed is carried forward to the next week. Commissions are calculated weekly and paid two week in arrears. The end of the commission period is Sunday at 11:59 PM.


** Note: The maximum payout under the compensation plan is capped at 60% of total company-wide CV for the week. If in any week the total payout for all bonuses exceeds 60% of total company-wide CV, the actual payout will be limited to 60% of total company-wide CV for the week and all ISRs’ commissions will be reduced on a pro-rata basis.
